INCOMING 8/9 GRADERS, High School STUDENTS and/or Adult Volunteers

Volunteer at St. Benedict Summer Academy
Earn up to 35 hours of service per week!

Who is Eligible?
          All students in 8^th grade through high school (’25-‘26 school year), and older.

When are you needed?       
Week 1:     June 22-26th,   8:15am-2:45pm
Week 2:     July 6 -10,   8:15am-2:45pm
Week 3:     July  13-17 - 25 , 8:15am-2:45pm

Volunteers may work full day or half day shifts, any days/weeks you are available.

After hours shifts (2:45-5pm) may also be available for help in 
cleaning up, and assistance at our Extended Day Program.

How can you help? 
Volunteer responsibilities may include:

• • • Classroom aides
    • Setup/cleanup of craft/service projects
    • Help with lunch time supervising children & helping with clean up
    • Hall buddy/monitor, messengers, supplies distribution, etc.
    • Game coordinators.  

What are the training requirements?
Attendance at a brief training, which will include finalization of assignments, review of how to fulfill assignments, safety protocols, check in/out, tracking service hours, etc. Meeting date(s) will be announced and when scheduled, with a sign up link for the available time options. (Training time is included in service hours total.)
